Atracare receives state grant to support community health efforts

Atracare was recently awarded a Delaware State Opioid Response Grant to support health and wellness initiatives in Sussex County.

As a leading medical facility, Atracare works diligently to create innovative health solutions and services that benefit the local community and greater neighborhoods. Atracare can propel its care and service options through this funding opportunity while integrating the latest technology into all patient visits. This grant will benefit the urgent care, primary care and pediatric care centers throughout Sussex County.

Atracare is committed to fostering relationships with state organizations to serve area neighborhoods better and is proud of its continued success in implementing state needs and resources. Through this initiative, Atracare can provide the state with the necessary data to support the growth of healthcare efforts and innovate leading-edge solutions to benefit everyone.

Thanks to the Delaware State Opioid Response Grant, Atracare can now implement screening tools that will significantly enhance its providers' ability to assess patients' well-being, and provide necessary follow-ups and referrals. Atracare is deeply committed to increasing the health knowledge and literacy of local community members, ensuring that everyone feels safe and welcome to discuss their healthcare needs with their providers.
