Lee Ann Wilkinson Group retains top sales production spot at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices worldwide

The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty in Lewes once again secured the No. 1 ranking in real estate sales volume across the entire Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, which includes more than 50,000 real estate professionals and more than 1,500 offices worldwide.

“Last year when we achieved No. 1, I was truly shocked,” said Lee Ann Wilkinson. “I never thought our little piece of paradise here in southern Delaware could compete with the larger states and more expensive markets. Achieving this level of recognition on an international scale for a second year is surreal.

This marks the 13th consecutive year that the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group has ranked in the Top 10 of the entire Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network. It is also the 31st consecutive year the team has been awarded the prestigious Chairman’s Circle, the highest level of sales production recognized by the franchise. Despite market fluctuations, 2024 proved to be another milestone year for the team, with 340 properties sold in Sussex County and a total sales volume of $333 million.
