Following a winter storm Jan. 15, the surf was up, sea spray was in the air and local surfers took to the churning waters at Cape Henlopen State Park.
Michael Reade took this photo of an enthusiast emerging from the surf to the calmer edges of the sandy strand at Herring Point.
